- Involved in the product support of launching of THYSSENKRUPP Skid, Mobile wheel Mounted, track crusher plant.
- Close tracking of the operation & performance of models MULTIROAD EB1108/EB1209, MULTIROAD FM90/FM110/G90/G110, PST1108, RBC3000/4000, MF1848/2160, NP3503/4003/4503.
- There is 4 subordinates in India, 2 subordinates in Bhutan and 3 subordinates in Mexico City under my supervision dedicated for Skid & Wheel Mounted, plant service only; I ensure 80-90% availability of all machines.
- Root cause analysis of each failure done & feedback was given to the R&D department of THYSSENKRUPP, Pune. Thru CCMS team in a systematic process.
- Organize onsite technical training for my team on regular intervals.
- Handle warranty issues on priority & ensure Fastrack resolution.
- Regularly meet customer & build good work environment & relationship.
- Carry out service campaign on product updates as required. Provide the Sales support of our C&S Products to our Sales & Marketing team as per customer's requirement in all over India or abroad country.
- Yearly KPI & presentation of team performance appraisal to higher Management.
- Quarterly review of service team was presented before management & goal setting done for onwards.
- Responsible for Erection & commissioning, repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhauling of the above-mentioned TKIL products.
- Review meetings with some specific vendor service department conducted. & corrective actions taken where is necessary.
- Also responsible for providing Service support to customers for tkii products likes crushing, and screening equipment of all models and experience in Erection & Commissioning of a complete 150/200/300/400/600/800Tph two/three/four/five stage Crushing Screening plant as a Full Maintenance contract site Co-Coordinator of our Customer from site taking care of total production of Crusher machine including Maintenance Schedule of Crushers, operation support of equipment, manpower handling, breakdown
- Recently I have commissioned of "Thyssenkrupp" 6MTPA Crushing Screening Plant with my Erection & Commissioning team and also provided technical support to corporate customers like M/s HOWE ENGINEERING (ADANI Group) in Iron Ore application at M/s Odisha Mining Corporation at Kurmitar Iron Ore Mines, Kandahar, Sundargarh(Odisha),India.

- Responsible for product service, operation & maintenance contract management at customer site.
- The products are the Imported Terex Power screen crushing & screening track mounted / Yifan Make wheel / Fixed Mounted equipment.
- These Equipment range from 150 TPH capacity crushers & screens up to 250 TPH.
- Various models among Jaw crushers were Metrotrack900x600, premier - track 1100x650, premier track 1100x800 & XA400S, cone crushers are Maxtrack1000SR, Maxtrack1000 & Maxtrack1300, and among screening plants were Chieftain1400, Chieftain1800, Chieftain2100, Chieftain2400 & different models of Horizon series.
- All the above equipment were driven by Caterpillar Engine as the Prime Power pack, Then equipped with Sophisticated Automation Integrated David Brown & Danfoss hydraulic systems.
- The Automation were of Allen Bradley & Westbury Make.
- I have also taken Factory training at various times along with HR trainings & other personality development trainings.
- Generating parts business & providing AMC support to the customers.
- Considerable skill developed in root cause analysis of various troubles came in the equipment which was appreciated at several times.
