I have over ten years of experience in the banking industry, and have been successful in the management, facilitation and implementation of operational systems which contribute to the branches' business performance and enhancement of customer experience. At presently, I am studying Post Graduation Certificate in Financial Services at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, Moose Jaw.

I was associated with State Bank of India in Port Blair, India, as a Bank Officer, with my previous assignment being an Assistant, administering cash and accounting operations.

During the course of my work, I have collaborated with internal teams for the execution of a wide range of day-to-day activities such as opening personal & non-personal accounts for new-to-bank customers, promoting the sale of traditional accounts (current & savings), fixed deposits, credit lending products, assisting customers by identifying their individual requirements and proposing appropriate solutions.
