Bill Fisher

William Fisher has over 40 years in the construction industry working from small to large projects. William is passionate about his family and pets. William has successfully mastered a great deal of the mechanical industry projects along with a very wide knowledge of construction.

William has managed small to large (8M+) construction and renovation projects, maintaining all sub trade related aspects. Created and managed preventive maintenance programs as well maintain yearly budget and operating costs. A strong understanding of the Occupational H&S Act.

Excellent written and verbal skills. William has simultaneously managed multiple large retail construction projects nationally. William has an excellent knowledge of construction, repairs and maintenances, a high level of proficiency in MS Office.

William currently holds a BCIN for HVAC House and General Legal Purpose along with his Plumbers, G2, Gas Pipe Fitter, Oil Pipe Fitter, RASDT, RHDT. William is also in the process currently to obtain my Property Management Professional (PMP) designation.
