Barista at Starbucks. I enjoy structure. Procedures, sequencing and standards help build a good quality foundation for products and services. When in doubt with a new situation or emergency, we can always fall back onto the basics of what we learned. If we had exhausted all our ideas, resources or just having a day where you panic/blank out, ask for help. We should not have to be alone for everything. Having a supportive team is one of the most valuable aspect I am looking forward to.

Worked in the gaming industry for almost 10 years as a Quality Assurance analyst. Used both Google and Microsoft version of Word/Doc and Excel/Spreadsheet. Softwares I am familiar with are Jira, Redmine, Confluence, and Hansoft.
Over 10 years ago, I have conducted surveys and solicitation calls for about 3 years. Solicitation was only for a few months as the call center was transitioning from a survey company to a cold calling sales/promotional company.
Currently, in-progress of completing volunteer hours for the Criminology and Addictions Certificate program. Most of the courses are Sociology: how culture, tradition and religion can affect society; socioeconomic statuses usually do not change; oligarchy; hegemony and such.
