Hello, I am Bonzo Amon, also known as Aimé. I currently work at the Société Africaine de Cacao, a Barry-Callebaut subsidiary, as a mechanic. I hold a diploma in electrotechnics. Based in the workshop, I repair factory equipment such as belt conveyors (buckets, rubber parts, etc.), motors, pumps, etc., and monitor the equipment.
Track spare parts in the warehouse inventory. Use Maximo for work traceability. Develop an equipment repair schedule. Work according to equipment operating procedures.
My training in electrical engineering specializes in digital signage systems, which use electronic panels composed of LED screens connected to remote content management software. I learned the fundamentals of electronics and electricity as applied to advertising panels, the programming of embedded systems for controlling LED modules, and the maintenance of electrical and electronic components. This training also covers the implementation of communication networks and protocols necessary for real-time content updates, the management of secure power supplies, and the safety and durability standards for these installations in urban or commercial environments.
Practical aspects include diagnosing electronic faults, installing panels, and wiring that complies with electrotechnical constraints
