Brad Fess

I've recently received my CCNA certification and am relocating to Haldimand County with my wife and have begun looking for work in the area. I've worked in many different industries over the last few years but the technical aspect of all my work has always been the most enjoyable for me. I've have always been know for being very personable and very quick to learn new skills and I'm greatly looking forward to expanding my knowledge further into the telecom industry.

The bulk of my work experience has been divided between customer service and technical troubleshooting. In every position I have worked I have become the defacto IT expert on staff that they call whenever they encounter a software or hardware issue, this is why I decided to pursue networking directly since I tend to do that anyway.

Although I have attended university for unrelated studies my most relevant education would be my CCNA certification I received this spring
