• Audited issues with products on hand, and finding missing items in the store. I used many tools such as their perpetual inventory system. 
• Developed more efficient ways for the store to operate during COVID-19 lockdowns to limit confusion and time management.
• Identify tasks that need to be done, and use time management to ensure that tasks were complete.
• Advised people what to do during their shift, and influenced others to work more efficiently.
• Recruited employees I thought were best for the job, and proved their loyalty and hard work.
• Earned awards for recognition of hard work, and leadership skills, that allowed me to choose my position.
