I genuinely enjoy my experience as a labourer because it allows me to stay active, work with my hands, and see real results at the end of each day. I take pride in physical work, whether it’s lifting, digging, site cleanup, or supporting the crew to keep operations running smoothly. Working as a labourer has taught me the value of teamwork, reliability, and pushing through challenging conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. I appreciate the fast-paced environment and the sense of accomplishment that comes from contributing to a job done safely and efficiently.

During my time at Roberge Transport, I consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism by working independently, managing workflow efficiently, and ensuring all trailers met strict cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. I maintained clear and respectful communication with staff, drivers, and veterinarians, while taking responsibility for inspections, equipment checks, and compliance requirements. I took pride in my work, showed reliability through consistent attendance and attention to detail, and upheld company standards without the need for direct supervision.
