- Overhauled Avondx’s audio processing system, leading to a 5 times increase in the speed at which
Avondx could process engagements with customer service representatives as well as a patent being filed for the solution.
- Engineered and implemented a noise-cancelling algorithm into Avondx's iOS app, reducing background noise in customer service recordings by 60% and improving transcription accuracy by 40%
- Worked in a team of 4 to develop an AI model to score engagements with customer service representatives to increase the sales of Avondx’s customers.
- Developed a system to send updates to customers via SMS about customer service representative performance, with frequency of alerts configurable on Avondx’s web application.
- Wrote code in TypeScript, Python, Swift and MySQL and deployed on AWS using Docker.
