• Supervised a team of technicians in installing a complete sand dryer system, including the burner and a silo control system for managing dried sand storage, ensuring the project met vendor specifications and deadlines. This project was completed as part of my required university internship.
• Took ownership of the commissioning process for the sand dryer system, leveraging fluent English to communicate effectively with vendors and ensure all three equipment pieces (dryer, burner, and silo control system) were integrated and operational according to specifications.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills by rapidly assessing and resolving unforeseen technical issues and implementing preventative measures to minimize future disruptions during the installation process.

• Hired as a Mechatronics Engineering graduate to supervise a team of 12 technicians, coordinating all on-site electrical and instrumentation installations for a gas separator plant being constructed from scratch.
• Effectively managed resource allocation and task delegation, ensuring work progressed efficiently and deadlines were met despite fluctuating material availability.
• Leveraged a strong understanding of control systems and P&IDs to identify potential improvements and provide valuable insights to the project team.
• Applied hands-on instrumentation skills, assisting with the installation and troubleshooting of equipment, including transmitters, indicators, and alarm systems.
• Independently configured a radar level transmitter, ensuring accurate and timely installation while the lead engineer was unavailable.

Combining a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidad Católica San Pablo, Bolivia, with practical experience in instrumentation, electrical systems, and project supervision. Currently expanding my skillset through a postgraduate diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology - Design at Centennial College, with a focus on SOLIDWORKS and Mastercam.
