My name is Brendan Mullins and I'm interested in the position of pizza cook. I have many years of experience especially with pizza, I've worked at a few pizza places including Pizza Hut, Pizza Delight, Hobos Pizza amd Venice Pizza and I enjoyed every minute of it. Duties were different daily but included shredding mozzarella for the pizzas and storing it, making pizza sauce from scratch, doing the dough runs, doing all the prep work curring vegetables, cutting potatoes for fries and blanching them, unloading the trucks and cleaning up my stations.
At a young age I've always enjoyed cooking whether it was for myself or a crowd the passion was always there and still is. I have OPEN AVAILABILITY and can work mornings, days, evenings and night I'm available ANYTIME.
I have worked at many pizza places here in the city including Pizza Hut, Pizza Delight, Hobos Pizza and Venice Pizza. Duties at all these locations I had my hands into everything amd never afraid to ask for advice or help, I made dough, portioned and stored it, cutting up all the vegetables required with the Bogart dough machine attachment, shredding mozzarella, making the sauce from scratch, folding boxes, cleaning my stations, serving customers as well as cooing cutting and boxing the pizzas. Arranging orderes for delivery and taking orders over the phone, I learned to multitask really quick when I started working at these locations.
My passion for cooking has only gotten bigger and there's nothing better than a customer saying you made then the best pizza, it makes me smile and feel good about what I do.
I have post secondary education from CONA 2006-2010.
