I am a highly motivated person with a passion for the craft beer industry.

I have spent most of my time mainly cooking in various restaurants, until the last year or so, where I have been working as an assistant brewer.

I have obtained an online certificate in craft brewing. This course covered each aspect of the brewing process and included some at home experimenting.
