Junior Social Media Coordinator (Sept 2022 - Jan 2023)
Created and posted social media content for The Flying Otter, a restaurant in downtown Victoria owned by Harbour Air. Within this position, I kept our website updated through Squarespace, promoted feature nights and events, edited and posted photos, wrote content, pursued brand deals, and consulted data analytics to create optimal posting schedules. While in charge of social media I was able to increase engagement on Facebook and Instagram by 175% and 54% respectively.
Marketing and Communications Intern (Jan 2022 - April 2022)
Joined the marketing and communications team at Passive House Canada, a national non-profit association focused on educating about the most sustainable building methods and pushing towards a more sustainable future in architecture. Throughout this internship, I worked primarily on improving our website and Instagram pages, writing and designing E-blasts, researching and identifying important consumer data, and improving SEO.

Working within Unity’s new business verticals team, I supported content marketing initiatives used to market Unity solutions to new business verticals including Artificial Intelligence, Architecture and Engineering, Government, Aerospace and Automotive. Some key activities I performed during this internship were creating Unity's “AI and ML learning explained” page, defining dozens of terms associated with AI, writing sponsorship emails, case studies, landing pages and summaries of relevant pages to Unity, and creating Unity’s Simulation and Training Speaker Series landing page.
