Bridget Riquelme

My name is Bridget and I have been a nurse for 22 years, mainly in mental health. I have worked in numerous areas including community and hospital settings during my career. I have also educated 4th year university students who wanted to experience a mental health clinical.

I've learned many skills throughout my career but I'm always looking to learn more. I'd love an opportunity to join a new team and be able to collaborate and further enhance my skill set. I'm a quick learner and I can work independently as needed.

I have worked in all areas of mental health including in acute care and also with children. I've worked with geriatrics and those having cognitive impairments. I've been an educator that developed my own curriculum and way to measure a nursing student's clinical. I've worked in the community with clients needing crisis intervention for a short time or those requiring longer supports.

I have a Bachelor in Sciences which i minored in psychology. I then achieved a Bachelor in Nursing.
