Review of daily allocation/release log.
Split/pack wafers for assembly transfer/shipment.
Ship/transfer allocation/releases to qualified assembly sites
Ship/transfer Bump allocations and CSP lots to WLP Production.
Check and send IGS maps to assembly.
Review of B.O.M. & Packaging Engineering data.
Generate assembly specs or update ARF for every lot.
Generate and send commercial invoice for wafer shipment to assembly.
Receive incoming wafer shipment.
Update system for all lots on Hold at Incoming and Eng’g dept.
Transact hold and released lots in system.
Issue lots & corresponding attachments to Wafersort production.
Record lot movement & update the system real time.
Ship/transfer lots to different Maxim & Dallas facilities.
Maintain good housekeeping (5S) in Dispatch area at all times.
Conduct scheduled cycle count/audit in Dispatch area.
Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by Supervisors.
Comply on all quality standards, specifications, & requirements set by QA to Inventory Control.
