I am Burhanuddin Johar, a post graduate student of hospitality and Tourism Operations Management from Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. Along with my studies I am working as a front desk representative for Saisethsons Hospitality Group, where I am Engaging with customers, resolving their complaints, providing them the best guest experience with the policies of our organization. I am also looking after the training of our new team members, showing the art of hospitality through our work, creating professional relations with our guests to achieve customer satisfaction and retention. I am also looking after the back of the house work related to stocks and deliveries, assuming that the other shift members won't face any issue while doing their task. This position helped me to network with a lot of high profile guests which helped me in making improvements in my communication skills, body language, and positive attitude, which eventually helped me to grow and make myself better. I learned a lot from my superiors. Now I am looking for new roles where I can put my knowledge and skills which help the organization to achieve their desired results.
