• Management of the Financial Management Team, organizing roles and responsibilities, work plans, timetables and deadlines for finance objectives and deliverables.
• Lead and oversee daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury, cash forecasting, revenue variance analysis, capital assets activity, and debt und asset management.
• Assist with processing of all equipment's and lease related vendor mail ensuring proper payment of leases.
• Assisting with documenting accounting policies and procedures related to leases.
• Maintenance of the lease accounting spreadsheet for all capital leases and preparation of the monthly journal entries related to these leases
• Monitoring receivable and collections from our customers through our factoring company.
• Constantly developed easier and faster procedures to get work done more accurately, saving the company time and money.
• Supervise and assist three accounts receivable staff, two accounts payable/payroll staff and an accounting clerk responsible for general journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations and accounts payable.
• Direct all cash needs for all of the companies, coordinating complex banking transfers.
• Managing and reconcile inter related company transaction's with all the related companies on monthly basis.
• Prepare and file HST returns every month with proper reconciliations.
• Yearly filings of statutory returns like T4 for employees and T5018 for Sub-

contractors.

• Prepare and report daily, weekly and monthly sales to the management.
• Produce interim financial statements on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Communication with CRA on different matters i.e. HST audit, payroll audit.
• Provide accounting support to the facilities team.
