Employed as a teller/customer service representative at the Victoria Mutual Building Society for 13 years. Originated new savings and loans accounts, reconciled daily transactions to general ledger, collate and submitted monthly foreign currency reports, weekly balancing of ATM.
Accounting Clerk at Red Stripe for a year. Prepared and reconciled balance sheets for dispatch drivers, developed and maintained accurate financial records of dispatch drivers.
Customer Service Representative at the National Water Commission for four years. Processed customer accounts, handled and provided appropriate solutions and alternatives to specific problems.
I completed my Master of Business Administration qualification in December 2022.
