With extensive experience in mental health and substance use support, I bring a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to recovery coordination and community wellness. I am confident that my background in outreach, case management, and multidisciplinary collaboration would make me a strong addition to your team. In my previous roles, I have successfully supervised and scheduled staff, resolved worksite problems efficiently, and supported teams through detailed training in job duties, workplace safety, and company protocols.

I am experienced in preparing reports, coordinating with other departments to meet production targets, and recommending continuous improvements in workflow and quality assurance.My work ethic is built on dependability, consistency, and being a positive, proactive team player.

With a background rooted in mental health, substance use support, and early childhood education, I bring a compassionate, ethical, and trauma-informed approach to every aspect of my work. My focus has always been on promoting recovery, inclusion, and dignity for each individual and family I serve.

In my recent role as a Life Skills Worker with Interior Health’s Mental Health and Substance Use team, I worked as part of a multidisciplinary care team supporting individuals facing complex challenges such as concurrent disorders, trauma, and homelessness. Through outreach, advocacy, and collaboration with community partners, I helped clients set achievable recovery goals while ensuring they felt respected and empowered throughout their journey. My ability to build trust, maintain strict confidentiality, and respond with empathy has allowed me to connect authentically with clients and colleagues alike.

My early career in education and family support also strengthened my skills in communication, patience, and relationship-building—qualities that translate directly into effective coordination and leadership in mental health recovery.
