- Benefits enrollment: Enroll eligible employees, help them understand their benefits, and ensure all forms and documents are completed on time.
- Benefits administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plan. Handle changes or updates to employee benefits due to life events like marriage, childbirth, etc.
- Track and administer leaves of absence: Track employees on different types of leave. Provide paperwork and forms for each type of leave while communicating with provider, employee, and direct manager for information to facilitate leaves investigations.

- Connect with employees by phone, email, and in-person to provide necessary information.
