• Lead cross-functional operational projects spanning product launches, supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, systems and process improvement, ensuring timelines, dependencies and deliverables remain on track.
• Own operational execution for new product launches, coordinating Product, Design, Marketing, factories, freight and 3PL partners from initial PO through production, inbound logistics, inventory readiness and launch.
• Led the transition to a new 3PL partner, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, establishing new operating processes and automating manual inventory workflows; expanded into a U.S. warehouse and reduced fulfillment time from approximately 3 days to <1 day.
• Lead biweekly operational reviews with the 3PL, creating agendas, tracking open issues and coordinating follow-through across fulfillment performance, inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, freight/carrier issues, invoices and corrective actions.
• Lead BFCM and peak-period planning, coordinating demand forecasts, inventory positioning, warehouse capacity, staffing, packaging requirements and fulfillment timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build operational reporting and project updates using Excel and Google Sheets, providing leadership with visibility into inventory health, fulfillment performance, returns, logistics costs, project progress and emerging risks.
• Manage inventory forecasting and approximately $250K in annual purchasing, coordinating replenishment decisions and identifying risks related to stockouts, excess inventory, carrying costs and lost sales.
• Partner with Finance and executive leadership on COGS, purchasing, fulfillment costs and operational budgets, connecting operational activity and forecasts to plan-versus-actual performance.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and lead continuous-improvement initiatives; reduced packaging costs by 77% through a comprehensive packaging audit.
• Developed a Surprise Bundle initiative that moved 1,800+ units of static inventory and generated $70K+ in revenue, coordinating inventory, merchandising and operational execution.
• Analyzed product return data and partnered with Design to implement fit improvements that reduced a hero product's return rate from 23% to 19.8%.
• Manage international production and WIP tracking across manufacturing partners in China, coordinating production timelines, specifications, SKUs, barcodes and inbound readiness.
• Develop and document operational processes and workflows to improve consistency, accountability and scalability across teams and external partners.
