● Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces (inside buildings).
● Use light and heavy (commercial type) floor (buffers) and shampoo machines including attachments.
● Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas. Spot clean daily and shampoo when directed rugs. Clean and dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and all other horizontal surfaces including periodic high dusting.
● Wash window sills; glass in interior doors, partition, and specified windows.
● Wash glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior- Wash/spot clean interior walls as appropriate daily.
● Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily. Standard bathroom procedures are to damp wipe glass surfaces, empty waste baskets, service soap and toilet paper dispensers, dust sills, clean tile walls, shelves, stall partitions, sweep/mop/scrub floors, etc.
● Monitors possible defects such as clogged urinals and lights out, and reports to supervisors.
● Collect building trash daily placing it in an approved container and place in designated collection area for subsequent removal.
● Replace liners in waste baskets and trash containers per specs.
● Sweep or shovel snow from steps and walkways at building entrances and connecting walkways/sidewalks as directed.
● Walking common areas and back corridors through the day checking for dry and wet spills or any debri to be cleaned up
● Replenish supplies such as: toilet paper, paper towel, soap, hand sanitizer, etc.
● General cleaning, including sweeping, sanitizing, mopping, and dusting vestibules, glasses and frames daily cleaning.
● Washroom cleaning including toilets, sinks, mirrors, faucets, countertops, and floors.
● Emptying waste and recycling containers and relining with a fresh bag.
● Elevator, stairwell cleaning.
● Supplies restock
● Report any damaged or broken utilities to the supervisor
● Other cleaning related tasks as assigned by your Supervisor.
● Collect garbage/recycling and any loose trash
● Clean washrooms
● Sweep and mop flooring
● Vacuum carpet
● Detail dusting
● Disinfecting work surfaces
● Clean glass, and
● Clean stairwells
● Light duty cleaning environment
● Disinfection of high traffic areas in an office building
● Maintenance and cleaning of bathrooms, dining rooms, kitchen areas.
● Replacement of paper products, hand soap, etc.
● Dusting, vacuuming, garbage collection, etc.

● Performing daily general cleaning duties and occasional carpet cleaning
● Cleaning the desks and other assets on a daily basis of offices
● Maintaining a high precaution level while cleaning costly and delicate articles
