I'm Cesar Rodriguez.
A Bachelor in Engineering in Computer Science(and networking) with a large knack to help customers and resolve their issues. Always trying the best so accomplish what its need and leave them satisfied.
I have more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry and more than 18 in the Support/Help industry resolving issues to both b2b and b2c individuals. Including staff and leadership.

App management, including services such as Slack, Discord, gsuite, etc..
Bachelor in Engineering in Telematics in the University of Guadalajara, validated in the WES.
