Chantelle Lewis

I am a Practical Nursing graduate of Fanshawe College (2024) and am newly registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (January 2025). I have experience through various clinical placements in long-term care, and hospital settings. My most recent experience has been with Complex Care at St. Joseph's under the supervision of my preceptor (RPN).

I have had experience with medication administration, data collection, physical assessments, personal care, wound care and documentation, tracheostomy care, documentation, parenteral feeding, and GI tube care.

I have completed my Practical Nursing Diploma at Fanshawe College (2024).
