Charlotte Gill

Hi, I'm Charlotte! I recently graduate from Concordia University with a degree in Human Environment and a minor in Sustainability. I spent the last 8 months travelling around Latin America and am now in the search for a full time service job in Toronto. I am passionate about food, sustainability and the environment and have a special appreciation for an excellent dining experience.

I have worked in various positions and places in the restaurant industry including;

December 2022-September 2023 at Omnivore Grill in Montreal, Quebec. In this role, I worked primarily as a server while also supporting the kitchen in various prep roles.

May 2022-September 2022, I worked a second job at Nili Restaurant and Lounge in Montreal, Quebec. At this restaurant, I worked as a server.

I also have experience working as a dishwasher at Bar Raval in Toronto in 2018, and have a lot of respect for the work that the back of house does in keeping a restaurant running

I have an undergraduate degree specializing in Human Environment, with a minor in Sustainability (graduated with distinction) from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.
