Passionate about coffee and sweets I've been a home baker and coffee connoisseurs for years. I have 3 years experience as a barista. I am passionate about giving customers the best experience possible providing quality beverages and paring them with delicious treats.
Responsibilities include serving customers food and beverages including new launching items. Preparing beverages to our customer’s satisfaction. Suggesting new drinks or enjoyable recipes to our regulars or new customers. Including food upsells that pair well together. Having a great understanding of what we offer, being knowledgeable on all drinks and baked goods. Making great connections with customers by creating a warm welcoming environment is our top priority. Working as a team to deliver a great experience to every customer that walks through our doors. Knowing each drink recipe and sequencing drinks properly. Pulling shots at the perfect time to create the proper beverage quality.
