I currently lead large scale student support and residence operations, overseeing staff teams service delivery and crisis response while building systems that are equitable sustainable and people centered.

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from St. Francis Xavier University in Canada with training in interviewing skills student centered conversations and evidence based assessment. Certificate in Organizational Leadership from St. Francis Xavier University with a focus on people management communication and systems thinking. Professional training in Scrum and project management, with experience applying agile delivery methods to complex programs within higher education and service driven environments.
