With over 7 years of experience in the cafe and specialty coffee industry, I am an expert in my field, having trained and worked in cafes across Australia and Canada and in roles from barista to manager. My extensive knowledge and skillset spans all aspects of the industry, including making and serving coffee to a high standard, running a kitchen to prepare and serve baked goods including croissants, opening and closing a store, overseeing operations and training staff, and working effectively within a team.
