My career started in 2013 when I enrolled in the culinary arts program at the culinary institute of Canada at Holland college. After graduation I began cooking in a fine dining restaurant for a few summers. I have completed block one and two with the culinary institute.
I then moved on to become the souls chef at Britt’s pub and eatery for several years, the head chef at grassroots grill. Later after starting a family I moved into health care kitchens where I now work at both the Loch Lomond Villa and the Carelton Kirk Lodge.
2 years studying culinary arts and many years experimenting in the culinary industry.
