Passionate about working with people within the Mental Health Sector and also with individuals with Additional Learning Needs.
Lover of the outdoors and have spent many years working as an Outdoor Instructor. I was previously a tutor working in a school for young people with Autism and Complex Needs such as ADHD, Psychosis, Schizophrenia and Trauma.
I worked in a school for young people with Autism and Complex Needs such as ADHD, Psychosis, Schizophrenia and Trauma from Nov 2016 - Oct 2023 in a number of different roles such as Teaching Assistant, Outdoor Education Tutor which included swim tutor, P.E tutor and Rebound Therapy. I have also worked as an Outdoor Activity Instructor since 2021.
In addition to this, I also worked in the Mental Health Sector in a Social Links Team which supported individuals who were suffering from different Mental Health Conditions to get back in to a Social Environment and slowly reducse our support once they were becoming more confident in this.
