Hello, I’m Chris. I’m 30 years old and I’ve been in the pizza business for over 15 years including 5 years of napoletana pizza. I’m an easy going person, although I like meticulous work and perfection. These two qualities helped me a lot to achieve the level of pizza I can deliver. Feel free to ask question aboit myself.
I started doing pizza as a student job when I was 13 years old. We were making frozen pie. I did some other job in the restaurant industry such as runner, cook, busboy, server but always ending back in pizza. And around 22 years old, after leaving Domino’s, I discovered napoletana pizza. Since then, I’ve been dedicating myself 100% to this style and culture.
