I maintained accurate records of inventory levels on the Mercedes-Benz internal "Kerridge" software platform, which manages sales, service, parts and stock monitoring, and I assisted with stock management and parts department related enquiries. I ensured orders were processed and managed transactions efficiently for our in-house booking and service teams, to ensure both internal and external customers' needs for parts were fully met, and any potential shortfalls identified as early as possible for
