I am responsible in preparing pastry items, desserts and other bake goods according with a menu plan (in a high volume commercial kitchen and university residential setting).

I was responsible in performing general administrative duties in the company as well as managing a variety of account receivables tasks, which includes assisting the head of the accounting department in things related to the day-to-day financial operation of the company

I was responsible in cooking and preparing complete meals/individual dishes. I was also responsible in maintaining the inventory of foods and cooking materials.

As the head baker of Beard Papa's, I was primarily responsible in creating various high quality pastry products for Beard Papa's branches in the Lower Mainland. I was also responsible in strategically creating a short and long term production plan. My role includes the responsibility to ensure the quality of the products to meet the established standards, oversee the sales of merchandises and baked goods, as well as preparing a monthly purchasing budget and restocking planning.

Data Entry (Part Time) at Wydanco Development Corp (2017-07 – 2017-12)

I was responsible in assisting the day-to-day office administrative works, including data entries, payment processings, and the scheduling of contractors.

Cap Bar Team at Urban Fare Alberni (2017-02 – 2017-07)

I was responsible in serving customers in the hot and cold sections, including serving a variety of hot and cold beverage as well as operating payments through POS. I was also assisting kitchen cooks in the food preparation.
