APPLICATION FOR THE POSITION OF AN ADVERTISING CLERK
I am writing to apply for the position of an Advertising Clerk in your firm. I studied Mass Communication in my degree level but currently majored in Marketing and I have more than 13 years’ experience from my last employment. I also have certification in Digital Marketing from Google Skills For Africa. In the course of my job, I managed multinational companies, I was part of the negotiation team, and we held pitches and a hard working staff all through my period with the company.
I will say that it has been an interesting one though challenging. As a Sales/ Marketing person, I have one goal in mind, to draw as many clients as possible to the company and that requires many skills: persuasion, conviction, transparency and being dogged because these clients have access to other firms as well. All of these made my professional experience quite interesting.
I studied Mass Communication in my first degree at Abraka University, Delta State, Nigeria and graduated in 2006. Prior to that, I had my college education as well. In the course my job, I have also attended different trainings and in 2022, I completed my online Digital Marketing program with Google Skills For Africa. I am someone who is hungry for knowledge and I am open to further trainings that will help me advance in my career path.
