Over the past fifteen years, I've cultivated a robust career as a Functional Analyst, contributing my expertise to projects in Canada, the USA, Europe, and Southern Asia. What sets my journey apart is my significant involvement in Maximo projects, where I've not only served as a Functional Analyst but also taken on the role of Project Manager on multiple occasions. Navigating the complexities of global projects, I've demonstrated adaptability and a nuanced understanding of implementing Maximo solutions.

Project Manager (July 2021 – June 2023)

As Project Manager, supported Alcon Global on multiple projects: the rollout of Maximo and Informer for Alcon Cork (Ireland) and Alcon Grosswallstadt (Germany), rollout of Interloc Informer for Alcon Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia and lastly the development and implementation of an integration of Maximo with their SAP financial system for Alcon company wide.

 

Senior Functional Consultant (March 2018 – June 2021)

Providing Maximo functional guidance and support to Interloc Canadian & US customers as necessary. As Functional Lead, supported varied client and global sites for Alcon finalizing “to-be” processes, requirements and design in Maximo 7.6.
