Christina Luka

I have over eight years of experience in illustration and design, working with a variety of clients from small creative businesses to larger organizations to communicate important information and put a smile on someone’s face. I’ve designed characters to represent brands like BandLab or Love Haight Photography and one of the most exciting projects I undertook was redesigning the campus map for the liberal arts college, Westminster College in Utah. It is currently being used on their printed brochures and large directory maps onsite.

In addition to my freelance work, I’ve worked in a corporate office setting at the skincare brand, Fresh, doing visual merchandising and layout design for store displays and company-wide printed materials for their US locations and shop-in-shops in Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom.

LUNAR CALENDAR PROJECT, 2022

• Illustrated a Lunar New Year scene for the first month of a printed lunar calendar featuring artists of the Chinese diaspora

BANDLAB, 2022

• Illustrated characters for music cloud platform to personify the different music-making app features to their followers on Instagram

• Designed a drink-themed sticker sheet in collaboration with subscription sticker company for their August Pop Pack: Thirsty

• Designed illustrated campus map detailing all university buildings and roadways for use in printed brochures, Westminster College website, and on campus directory
