Accounting Assistant - Banco De Oro Universal Inc. (December 17, 2018 – April 15, 2022) 

• Vouching, analyzing, and assessing the transactions of the bank for the day to be used as basis for balancing.
• Encoding of accounting entries in the General Ledger System and generation of accounting reports.
• Responsible for ensuring completeness of checks sent out for clearing.
• Encoding and transmission via Check Image Clearing System.
• Maintaining the books of accounts, preparing the monthly reports in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and recording minutes of the meeting.

• performs Audit Procedures including observation on execution of procedures, verification of data and inspection of documents.
• Formulates and designs procedures regarding regular conduct of operations subject to the approval of management.
• Communicates the initial observation and audit findings with concerned personnel and settle resolution to address the audit issue.
• Ensuring proper performance of Billings and Payroll Verification.
• Computer Literate (MS Office, Merchandise Management System).
