- Assist with preparing lab requisitions and swabs to deliver to the hospital daily

- I send prepared referrals to specialists' offices
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments according to the doctor's schedule
- Call patients to schedule appointments that are on my call-back list from the doctors.
