Forecasted metrics to generate labour demand for over 400 Walmart Stores across Canada using Alteryx Designer, Tableau, Tableau Prep and Microsoft Excel by analyzing front-end customer purchasing trends. • Developed reporting for performance analytics maintaining a forecast accuracy of 95%. • Created and improved Alteryx and Tableau Prep workflows that provide key KPIs to Regional VPs, MLs and SMs of over 400 stores through managing and understanding associates’ productivity and consumer transactional habits. • Utilized SQL, BigQuery, IBM Db2 and BlueYonder to build and maintain 4 data-driven dashboards for weekly trends presentations on labor demand and scheduling. • Migrated Alteryx workflows into Tableau.
