I first started at Canfor in chetwynd as a production employee, and after 3 years in the production role I landed a Millwright apprenticeship. Since I started as an apprentice I've learned a wide variety of skills including, Hydraulic and Pnuematic system diagnostic and repair, part replacement on heavy machinery, proper lubrication and preventive maintenance of machinery, proficiency with Oxy-fuel Torches and Welding. I am eager to learn as many skills as I can to be a valuable member of any team
4 years as a prep/line cook at Link's Pub and Grill
3 years at the Canfor Sawmill in Chetwynd as a clean-up/production employee
1.5 years as a Millwright apprentice at the Canfor Sawmill in Chetwynd
Graduated from Chetwynd Secondary School in 2018
Completed 1st year Millwright course at the Northern lights College in dawson creek in December of 2022
