I’m a detail-oriented and emotionally intelligent professional with a background in addiction counselling and administrative organization. With over five years of experience supporting individuals in complex environments, I’ve developed exceptional skills in data management, confidentiality, and digital communication. I’m now seeking a remote role that allows me to apply my precision and reliability in a calm, task-focused setting. I thrive in structured routines, meet deadlines consistently, and bring a warm, collaborative spirit to every team I join.

I am a dedicated human services professional with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and addictions. I earned my Developmental Services Worker Diploma from Confederation College in 2011 and began my career at Community Living Thunder Bay, where I held diverse roles including Employment Facilitator, Youth Hub Case Manager, Acting Team Leader, and Support Worker.

I later joined St. Joseph’s Care Group, providing direct support to individuals with mental illness and serving as an Instructor for Non-Violent Crisis Intervention. For the past three years, I’ve worked as an Addiction Counsellor in a correctional setting, using trauma-informed approaches to support clients with complex needs. Prior to this, I worked with transitionally aged clients navigating both mental health and addiction challenges.

Across all roles, I’ve consistently managed detailed documentation and data entry — tracking client progress, services, and care plans with precision and confidentiality.
