Claudia Fehr

I am a Certified TESOL Teacher with 15 years of experience teaching adults, teenagers and children of different ages. I have worked at different institutes and schools. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Education. During my experience I have developed and structured ESL reading & writing, as well as oral speaking practice programs. I can present interactive English language lessons using strategies with the help of useful materials for example flashcards, posters and different activities. I also teach Spanish since I have a Latin Background, I speak both Spanish and English.

In my classes I use different tools and methods that allow students to create dialogues using everyday situations. Also, it helps them become motivated and at the same time they can use the grammar and vocabulary taught in class.

I know various methodologies but mostly what I used is the Communicative Language Teaching because it focuses more in the ability to communicate and focuses also in making students practice the language.

I have 8 years of experience teaching children at school. Also, teaching adults at at institute for 7 years. In the lessons we guide students in vocabulary and grammar. I present interactive lessons using strategies with the help of an interactive whiteboard, useful materials and different activities. I focus also in speaking when talking to each other using vocabulary and grammar presented in each lesson. I have also taught online for 4 years.

I got a Tesol Certificate in Canada .
