I have over 25 years of experience managing large-scale high-rise and low-rise residential, industrial, and commercial construction projects. My expertise spans all phases of project management, including bidding and contract negotiation, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, site management, and early-stage budgeting. I excel at creative problem-solving and design management to ensure projects are executed efficiently and successfully.

Having recently relocated back to the Windsor area to be closer to family, I bring extensive knowledge of the local construction landscape, including procurement strategies and regulatory requirements. I have important knowledge of both local and non-local subcontractors and general contractors, along with their capacity to perform on time and within budget. Additionally, I am highly skilled in selecting contract types and clauses that minimize changes and cost overruns, ensuring smooth project execution.

I also have a keen ability to provide meaningful reporting to stakeholders, ensuring transparency, informed decision-making, and project alignment with business objectives. My leadership style emphasizes collaboration, proactive risk management, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Properly staffed I can act as general contractor and manage subcontractors internally.
