- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches.
- Prepare layouts for the footprint of projects for our residential division using measuring tapes, line levels, laser levels
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials to create the formwork which the concrete will be placed, vibrated and/or finished
- Build, install, assemble the formwork for the foundations of architectural concrete (columns, walls, suspended slabs, slab on grade, porch/steps, driveway, walkway, pool deck)
Minimum experience/skills requirement for the job:
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Carpenter Concrete Form worker
- Must be willing to handle physically demanding work, carry heavy loads when needed and work within tight deadlines
- Must be a team player, exercise good judgement and pay close attention to details
