Courtney Squires (she/her) is an Honours Art History and Psychology student at McGill University. Currently, her research focuses on nineteenth and twentieth-century visual culture, particularly through a feminist or queer lens. Her favorite lines of inquiry often delve into materiality and sensorial experience, and she has a personal soft spot for olfactory culture and perfuming.
She is the Editor-in-Chief for McGill's Journal of Art History and Communications, Canvas. Her current research investigates contemporary practices of retail design in the interior architecture of Snøhetta-designed Aesop stores.
I have worked at art galleries, publishers, software companies, and more!
I currently attend McGill University where I am getting my Bachelor's degree in Honours Art History and Psychology
