I have held many titles. Hotel manager, kitchen cook, server. Miss fix it if it need to be fixed.
I have been employed by many types of businesses in my professional history. I have work for family owned and operated restaurants in every position from doing dishes, cooking and serving. I have also worked for large hotel companies/chains in Niagara Falls from Hampton Inn by Hilton, Ramada by Wyndham, and Days Inn by Wyndham. Each of these establishment have provided me with skills I have used to further myself. I enjoy working towards continued growth with each employer.
I have completed a post secondary diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Sault College in Sault St. Marie, Ontario.
