I am a dedicated client service and career development professional with over 24 years of experience supporting individuals across government, community, and disability service sectors. I have a strong passion for helping others succeed and take pride in empowering people to overcome barriers, build confidence, and reach their personal, educational, and employment goals. I am motivated by seeing clients grow, gain independence, and achieve long-term success.

I bring strong management and leadership skills from supervising and training multidisciplinary teams, along with extensive experience in case management, employment counseling, and employer collaboration. I also have solid administrative expertise in documentation, reporting, and systems management, as well as hands-on safety experience from my work as a Safety Coordinator and OH&S representative.
