A rigorous, methodical professional committed to quality and safety, I hold an AEC in building inspection and possess solid expertise in the field of technical inspections. I have a strong understanding of industry standards, including those taught as part of the building inspection program at Institut Grasset. I am proficient in the visual inspection of new and existing buildings, the identification of non-conformities in structural, mechanical, envelope, and finishing components, as well as the preparation of clear, comprehensive technical reports that comply with professional standards.

I also serve as a course instructor at Institut Grasset, where I specifically teach report writing in building inspection within the AEC in Building Inspection Techniques.
