I have close to 15 years experience in the customer service industry, 5 years of that being in a supervisory role as shipping supervisor, managing a crew of up to 12 pesonel, as well as maintaining records of delivered sales, and maintenance. I have a strong work ethinc, and strive to better myself and increase my knowledge of product being sold, to better serve customers. I also possess knowledge of small engines and farm equipment from my personal experience of running a small hobby farm.
