Project initiation and data collection

• Met and discussed with customers for understand the needs of new project requirements included information notes through sketches and site surveyed data (if any)
• Studied drawings and specifications provided by customers
• Produced preliminary drawings from sketches, bill of materials and prepared quotations

• Created 3D models by Tekla Structure software in order to create accurate, easy-to-visualize models, suggest structural connections
• CNC program with sigmaNest software, import dxf. for cutting steel plate
• Coordinated with field engineers, supervisory engineers, architects and general contractors for project changes and to timely revise, propose and approve drawings
• Exported fabrication drawings included single part drawings and assembly drawings
• Exported erection drawings 
• Updated changes during construction, commissioning and final turnover. 
• Produced as-built drawings

• Supervised fabrication process and performed inspection at the factory
• Provided site supervision and inspection.
• Ordered required material of projects such as hot-rolled section steel, steel plate, sheets, purlins, trims, bolts, anchor bolts, screws, insulations, downpipes, gutters and accessories.
